Every week we will We will address weekly outcomes, necessary adjustments, and create a weekly plan of intent & focus. During these "huddles" we will evaluate your wins, consider any missteps and formulate a plan for adjustments.
πNutritional guidance and strategic planning
We will monitoring your current nutritional habits via MyFitnessPal. Determine what is working vs what needs adjustments based on your goals and current obstacles. This is not a pecific meal plan.
